Responsibilities / work areas:
– Responsible for day to day service planning tasks.
– Book and register services jobs through VIKING Service planning system.
– Generate service quotation.
– Set up new customer in SAP and VIKING database.
– Issue purchase order to local vendor for new purchase or subcontracted service.
– Maintain service notifications database.
– Handle final service document.
– Issuance of final invoice
– Any related planning issues.
– Any corporate works assigned by manager.
