📌Job Description :
1. Be able to complete various performance indicators on time and actively accompany the salesmen of the department to visit customers;
2. Maintain the relationship with cargo owners, ship owners, stevedore companies and lashing companies;
3. Operate all ships’ agency affairs during the ship’s stay at the port, and reasonably arrange relevant formalities for departure; Including but not limit to:
– Arrange matters related to ship berthing and handle on-site affairs;
– Records of ship loading and discharging facts and other records;
– On site coordination and written dynamic report of emergencies;
– Arrange stevedore and lashing matters;
– Arrange lightening and barge transit matters;
4. Handling of other matters required by the entrusting party; ie. crew change, bunker supply, holds and/or bottom cleaning, ship’s repair coordination matters, etc;
5. relevant supervision work shall be done regularly;
📌Qualification:
1. Strong communication ability, coordination ability and sense of responsibility;
2. Proficient in English, able to communicate directly with customers in English;
3. Healthy, able to work overtime frequently, and have strong anti-pressure ability;
4. At least 3-5 Years relevant work management experience is preferred, familiarity with shipping agency business is preferred (those with ship owner resources are preferred);
📌Salary : 30,000-50,000 THB (NEGOTIABLE)
Location : ASOKE, CTI TOWER (near MRT & BTS)
Benefit : Position fee, Uniform, Annual Leave, OT
Working Hours : 8.30-17.30
